The study looked at how shortening unemployment benefits in Slovenia affected the quality of jobs people found after being unemployed. They found that although reducing benefit duration led to more people finding jobs, it didn't change the type of job (temporary or permanent), how long the job lasted, or how much money people earned in those jobs.
