The MATVSORT Stata module helps organize data in numeric order. It can sort vectors, rows, or columns of matrices in Stata 8. The module includes functions like matvsort for sorting vectors, matrsort for sorting matrix rows, matcsort for sorting matrix columns, and matsusort for sorting based on summaries like means. There is also a version called matvsort6 for Stata 6 users.
