The article explores how the culture within organizations in Nigeria affects their performance. It found that a participative culture, where everyone is involved, leads to better teamwork and higher performance. The study used an exploratory research design and discovered that organizational culture has a positive impact on performance. It suggests that organizations should make their culture more visible to improve their reputation and success.
