The article uses a method called Data Envelopment Analysis to measure how well five faculties at North West University in South Africa are performing. They looked at things like how many hours students study, how many teachers there are, how many students graduate, and how much research is done. The results show that most faculties are doing well when it comes to efficiency, with four out of five being technically efficient in one model and three out of five in another.
