Public spending in Ethiopia plays a crucial role in economic growth and reducing poverty. By analyzing data from different regions and households, the study looked at how different types of public investments, like in agriculture, health, education, and roads, impact rural welfare. The findings show that investing in agriculture and road infrastructure has a significant positive effect on rural welfare in Ethiopia.
