International law is becoming more important in various areas of law due to globalization. As transnational interactions increase, regulations are needed beyond national borders. Constitutional law has been slow to adapt to these changes, as it traditionally focuses on domestic issues. However, incorporating international law into U.S. legal practices may be necessary for the future.
