However, many small firms do not grow beyond 20 employees, and they often offer insecure employment with low wages. Most small firms are not innovative, and their success depends on cooperation with larger firms. Overall, small businesses play a crucial role in job creation, but they also face challenges in providing stable and high-quality employment.
