City Residents Struggle with Lack of Results in Waste Management Reform
The article analyzes public opinion on the modernization of waste collection and disposal in the city of Belgorod. The researchers evaluated how well the population was informed about the changes, identified obstacles to residents participating in separating waste, and made recommendations to address these issues. The study found that the main problem with the waste reform in Belgorod is that most people don't see any tangible results from it, except for higher waste disposal fees.
