The article discusses how the International Irrigation Management Institute (IIMI) worked in Burkina Faso to improve the country's ability to manage irrigation and conduct research. They used a two-part review to share their experiences. The main goal was to strengthen national capacity in irrigation management. The key findings show that the efforts made by IIMI have helped Burkina Faso enhance its irrigation practices and research capabilities.
