The study looked at what patients prefer when choosing a general practitioner appointment. They used different models to analyze the data and found that people have different preferences for different aspects of the appointment. The mixed and latent class models were better at predicting these preferences than the standard model. Overall, the preferred models showed similar patterns in what patients liked.
