The article explores how a CEO's leadership can improve a company's sustainability by involving employees in sustainability efforts. By studying 313 middle managers from 38 organizations in Pakistan, it was found that when employees are engaged in sustainability activities, it boosts the company's sustainability performance. This shows that getting employees involved in sustainability can make a big difference in how well a company performs in terms of sustainability.
