The article presents a framework for boosting innovation in the Kharkiv region of Eastern Ukraine. The researchers looked at how different groups like government, businesses, and schools can work together to drive innovation. They found that key parts of the region's innovation system include using knowledge effectively and sharing it widely. The main players in this system are universities, research centers, government bodies, NGOs, and private companies. This study helps us understand how innovation can thrive in the Kharkiv region.
