Happiness and flourishing go hand in hand, impacting quality of life.
The study looked at data from over 30,000 people in 21 European countries to see if happiness and flourishing are different aspects of well-being. The results showed that people who are happy are likely to also be flourishing. Factors like marriage, income, and education were linked to higher levels of both happiness and flourishing. However, men tend to report lower levels of happiness but higher levels of flourishing.
