Consumption in Norway is a big factor in CO2 emissions. A study looked at how spending money relates to carbon footprint. They found that as people spend more, their carbon footprint goes up too. This means that the more money you spend, the more CO2 emissions you are responsible for. This is because even though Norway has clean energy, the things they buy still have a lot of emissions.
