Leadership styles in IT firms boost organizational citizenship behavior in Pakistan
The study looked at how different leadership styles in small and medium IT firms in Pakistan affect employee behavior. They studied transactional, transformational, and charismatic leadership styles in 174 IT companies. The findings showed that these leadership styles are moderately used in these firms and have a strong impact on how employees behave. The study also found that IT firms in Pakistan are adopting management practices more comprehensively due to international influences. In simpler terms, the way leaders lead in these IT firms affects how employees act at work.
