Tax laws in the US, Australia, and New Zealand are known to be complex, especially for small businesses. This study compares tax advisers' views on the complexity of tax laws in these countries. The goal is to see if they can learn from each other's successes and failures. The findings show that tax advisers in these countries perceive tax laws as challenging for small businesses, highlighting the need for simplification and improvement in tax systems.
