New Bargaining Solutions Could Revolutionize Workplace Equity for Unequal Skills
In this study, researchers examined ways to divide resources in economies where people have different skills. They focused on bargaining solutions based on rules for sharing resources instead of typical methods. They introduced a new principle called Consistency w.r.t. Technological Innovations (CTI), which helped them classify different bargaining solutions like the Nash, Kalai-Smorodinsky, and Egalitarian solutions. By doing this, they could categorize these solutions based on ideas about fairness and compensation put forward by previous researchers.
