Inefficiency in trade is a significant factor. Trade potential varies among countries, with high efficiency in trade with Sri Lanka, Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh, and low efficiency with Bhutan. Recommendations include promoting trade innovation, reducing tariffs, and enhancing security and political stability.
