Innovative Organisational Climate Key to Success in Knowledge Management.
Knowledge management is important for organizations to succeed, and the organizational climate can influence how knowledge is managed. There are two types of knowledge: tacit (learned through experience) and explicit (formal and easily shared). A positive and innovative organizational climate can help with acquiring, storing, and sharing knowledge effectively. This study reviews existing research on knowledge management and how the organizational climate impacts it, focusing on tacit knowledge. The goal is to understand how the organizational environment can affect the success of knowledge management within an organization.
