The article explores how Facility Management (FM) can be improved in the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process. By identifying Critical Success Factors (CSF), the researchers created a framework to enhance BIM projects. They found that early engagement of clients and Facility Managers is crucial for successful BIM implementation. The study identified 10 main themes and 100 sub-themes related to digital skills needed for effective BIM use. The framework combines FM and BIM CSF into an online tool, providing valuable knowledge and practical examples for international audiences.
