The article explores how project consultants impact the success of construction projects in Rwanda. Data was gathered from both research and surveys with construction professionals. Despite challenges like lack of training and opposition from senior management, project consultants are crucial for reducing costs, meeting deadlines, improving quality, and managing project variations. Their involvement is key to making construction projects successful in Rwanda.
