A study was done to see how different levels and timings of giving nutrients through water affected the growth of bittergourd plants. They found that using 120% of the recommended nutrients through water and watering every 4 days made the plants grow the longest vines, have the most branches, and have the biggest leaves. This method worked best in both the rainy and summer seasons.
