ERP providers use different tools and approaches for successful implementation. This paper presents a comprehensive approach for deploying ERP systems, outlining necessary measures for a successful implementation. The approach was tested in a large steel-making company, revealing obstacles and challenges. The study found that the thoroughness of deployment impacts ERP performance.
