The article discusses how criminal conspiracy is enforced in Indonesia, focusing on the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code. The research uses secondary data to analyze the implementation of sanctions for criminal conspiracy charges. The study concludes that law enforcement against criminal conspiracy involves penal measures, such as investigation and prosecution, to combat crime effectively. Criminal sanctions, like life imprisonment or twenty years in prison, are imposed on individuals found guilty of committing treason. The goal is to ensure justice and efficiency in tackling crime through rational law enforcement.
