Optimizing corn yield with less water and organic fertilizer boosts productivity.
The study looked at how different levels of water, nitrogen fertilizer, and vermicompost affect the yield and quality of corn. They found that using a certain amount of water and a mix of urea fertilizer and vermicompost led to the best results in terms of seed yield, chlorophyll content, and other traits. Specifically, using 60mm of water and a mix of 50% urea fertilizer and 50% vermicompost gave the highest yields. This information can help farmers improve their crop productivity and water efficiency.
