Highways in hilly areas like Agumbe Ghat are prone to landslides and rockfalls, especially during the monsoon. To prevent disruptions, slope stability analyses were conducted at the 7th and 8th bends of Agumbe Ghat. Soil samples were tested, and software was used to assess slope stability with and without anchors. The study found that adding anchors increased slope stability from 1.35 to 1.56, reducing the risk of slope failures.
