Management innovation in Colombia can impact how well a company performs. When companies introduce both technological and management innovations together, it doesn't always lead to better results. However, when these innovations are introduced separately, they can positively influence a company's performance. This study used data from the Colombian manufacturing sector to show that management innovation can actually decrease the positive impact of technological innovation on performance. The findings suggest that companies should consider introducing management and technological innovations separately to improve their overall performance.
