Social innovation is a hot topic in education and social services, with organizations looking for new ways to tackle challenges like digitization and inclusion. This paper explores how organizations can come up with innovative solutions to social problems. It shows that social innovation is about identifying new needs in society and creating new services to meet them. By looking at social innovation through an education lens, we see that learning and creativity play a big role in coming up with new ideas. The paper discusses where social innovation happens, who the innovators are, and what helps or hinders the process.
