Textile waste is often overlooked in waste management, despite being a significant issue in the textile industry. This industry is a major consumer of resources and generates a lot of waste that is not properly utilized. The article discusses ways to include textile waste in overall waste management systems to reduce environmental impact. The focus is on increasing the use of secondary material resources from waste, especially in the textile industry, which is a major contributor to waste generation. By finding ways to better manage textile waste, we can reduce the amount of waste going to disposal facilities and improve resource efficiency in the industry.
