The article explores different themes in Information Systems (IS) security to help organizations make better decisions and reduce risks. By analyzing 87 journal articles, the researchers identified twelve key IS security themes. They found that some themes, like IS Security Policy and IS Security Management, received more attention in research compared to others like IS Security Knowledge and IS Security Ethics. The study also looked at the role of Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) programs in improving IS security across these themes.
