Land registration in Kendari City needs to be more organized to reduce land disputes. The study shows that having a complete and systematic registration process is crucial in preventing conflicts over land ownership. However, issues like conflicting rules and lack of public awareness hinder its effectiveness. To address these challenges, legal counseling is recommended to educate residents on the importance of proper land registration. Additionally, financial relief is provided for those who cannot afford the required fees for land rights acquisition.
