Revolutionizing composting: Exogenous microbes boost soil health and crop yields!
Vegetable waste can harm the environment and spread disease in crops. Adding special microbes to compost made from cucumber straw and chicken manure helps it mature faster and improves its quality. The microbes also increase the diversity of helpful bacteria and fungi in the soil. This study shows that using 300 tons of these microbes per hectare is the most effective way to make compost better and boost the variety of microorganisms in the soil.
