Text Mining Reveals Delivery App 'Baemin' Service Issues Impacting Users
The article analyzes the popular food delivery app 'Baemin' by using text mining and an ARIMA model. The researchers collected and analyzed 71,435 user reviews to detect significant service issues. They identified 5 main topics from the reviews using topic modeling techniques. Additionally, they used an ARIMA model to detect 12 dates with a sudden increase in review numbers, and analyzed the issues based on sentiment analysis of these dates.
