The goal of the study was to monitor the quality of river water in Tasikmalaya City. The researchers monitored various rivers and found that the water quality did not meet standards, ranging from lightly to heavily polluted. Parameters like TSS, BOD, COD, nitrite, Cr6+, Zn, free chlorine, Total Phosphate, oil and fat, E. Coli, and Total Coliform were found to be above acceptable levels.
