The article discusses how certain governance practices can impact the success of government-funded projects in Kenya. Successful project implementation is crucial for a country's economy, but failures are still common. The study identifies four key governance practices - contractual governance, business model governance, project risk governance, and monitoring and control - that, if implemented effectively, can increase the chances of project success. It is important to tailor these practices to the specific context of each project. Future research should focus on developing a more comprehensive list of project governance practices.
