Soil degradation is a big problem in places like Indonesia, where the soil's quality and productivity are decreasing. To prevent this, a new tool called Soil Quality Index Plus (SQI-Plus) was created. This tool helps evaluate soil quality, monitor changes, and give recommendations to keep the soil healthy and productive. SQI-Plus shows in numbers and letters what factors are limiting plant growth and need fixing to prevent soil degradation.
