The study compared two methods of calculating employee income tax at PT Exzone Media Indonesia. By using the Gross Up method, the company increased its Gross Income and taxable income, resulting in a decrease in taxable profit before tax. This led to a decrease in taxable income after taxes, allowing the company to save on taxes. The research shows that the Gross Up method can be an efficient alternative for PT Exzone Media Indonesia.
