Daytime ozone levels in mesosphere higher during equinox than solstice.
The article compares data from a satellite instrument called SABER and a computer model called HAMMONIA to study ozone and temperature changes in the upper mesosphere during the day. The results show that ozone levels vary during the day, with higher levels during equinox compared to solstice. The temperature, however, remains relatively stable during the day. The data from SABER and HAMMONIA also show some differences in temperature readings above 80 km.
