The research looked at how different planning techniques impact the success of construction projects in Pakistan. They studied three main strategies: Gantt charts, case-based planning, and critical path analysis. The study found that project success criteria in the construction industry of Pakistan are unique compared to other fields. It also highlighted the need for project team members to receive professional training in project planning techniques to improve project success. Effective project governance was identified as crucial for project success in the construction industry of Pakistan.
