Organic Farming Boosts Mustard Yields, Empowering Indian Farmers to Thrive Sustainably
The study looked at how different types of fertilizers and organic manure affect the yield of Indian mustard plants. They tested various combinations of nutrients on the plants and found that using vermicompost and microbial culture led to higher seed and stover yields. The best results were seen with a combination of 75% RDF, vermicompost, Azotobacter, and PSB, which produced the highest seed yield. This shows that using specific types of fertilizers and organic manure can significantly increase the yield of Indian mustard plants.
