Accelerated Land Registration Technology Minimizes Disputes, Boosts Sustainable Development in Indonesia
Land registration in Indonesia needs to be improved to support sustainable development. The study found that current land registration in Jambi Province is causing disputes due to outdated technology. By implementing an integrated system and involving relevant institutions and community participation, land conflicts can be minimized. Accelerating land registration through better technology and mapping can lead to more efficient taxation and spatial planning, benefiting the state and society. This will help achieve sustainable development by integrating environmental, social, and economic aspects for the welfare of present and future generations.
