A new system was developed to compare drip and non-drip irrigation for plants. The system uses sensors and a smart drip irrigation design to save water and improve crop yield. Drip irrigation can reduce sugar content by up to 50% and increase marigold production. It also requires less manpower and delivers higher crop yields compared to surface irrigation. Overall, drip irrigation is more efficient and sustainable than traditional surface irrigation methods.
