Plant oils reverse diabetes symptoms in rats, offering hope for treatment.
The study looked at how oils from black seed, cinnamon, olive, and ginger affect diabetic rats. They induced diabetes in rats and fed them different oils for 7 weeks. Diabetic rats had high blood sugar and cholesterol levels, but the oils helped lower them. Some oil combinations also increased body weight and improved protein levels. Overall, the oils showed potential in improving physiological parameters in diabetic rats.
