Underutilized rubber species in Malaysia hold untapped economic potential.
Rubber trees are important crops in Malaysia, but there is limited information on their anatomy and morphology. Hevea brasiliensis is commonly cultivated, while Hevea camargoana is underutilized. This study aimed to understand the characteristics of both species through anatomical and morphological studies. The findings will help plant breeders better utilize Hevea camargoana in rubber cultivation.
