The study looked at factors affecting the estimation of historical costs for apartment housing projects. Researchers analyzed 16 work classifications and found that furniture work, foundation work, and masonry work had significant cost differences between average and maximum ratios. They also interviewed construction specialists to identify key change factors in these major works. The goal was to suggest ways to improve the accuracy of estimating construction costs based on historical data.
