Rare plants thrive in diverse natural vegetation of Baihuwan
The natural vegetation in Baihuwan has 5 different community types with a complex structure and clear vertical layers. The dominant tree species belong to 9 families and 16 species, mainly deciduous broad-leaf forests. Trees and shrubs are the most common plant types. There are a total of 823 plant species, including 15 rare and valuable ones. The species diversity changes with altitude and human interference.
