Unveiling the Truth: Tax System Complexity is Unjust and Inefficient
Calls for simplifying the tax system have been widespread, but why is it still so complex? The author argues that the common belief that a complex tax system is fair and efficient is flawed. They also suggest that political factors may contribute to the complexity of tax laws.
