Product data management (PDM) is a technique that organizes information and processes related to products using software and databases. To simplify the complexity of PDM in businesses, a new method was developed. This method uses a multi-agent system to intelligently monitor PDM through a monitor center. The system's architecture and the structure of the monitor center were defined in the study.
