Different types and amounts of fertilizer were tested to see how they affected the growth and quality of pakchoi in the summer. The best results were seen with the A3 treatment, which had the highest yield and good quality. This treatment used 288 grams of organic fertilizer per section. The pakchoi under this treatment had low nitrate levels and high levels of vitamin C, soluble sugar, and soluble protein. This means that using the A3 treatment can help produce more pakchoi with good quality in the summer.
