The article explores how companies in Malaysia can improve their environmental performance by focusing on knowledge management and eco-innovation. The study found that knowledge management strategies significantly contribute to eco-innovation, which in turn positively impacts corporate sustainability performance. However, knowledge management alone does not directly affect sustainability performance. Pharmaceutical companies can enhance their sustainability by improving how they create, share, and use knowledge within their organizations.
